ITC To Give Tessera DRAM Action A 2nd Look

Law360, New York (November 02, 2009) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to review parts of an administrative law judge's initial determination that Acer Inc. and a host of other dynamic random access memory manufacturers did not infringe three Tessera semiconductor chip packaging patents.
