FSI Hit With Fine Over Valve, Pump Export Violations

Law360, New York (November 02, 2009) -- Microelectronics supplier FSI International Inc. has agreed to pay a $450,000 fine to the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security for 66 alleged instances of exporting valves and pumps without the proper licenses to China, Israel, Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore.
