Judge Slams Door On ATI Crash Sensor Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- A federal judge has found four Automotive Technologies International Inc. patents related to car side-impact sensors invalid, handing a victory to a group of automotive suppliers and manufacturers — including Nissan Motor Co., Siemens VDO and others — that ATI had sued for infringement.
